Our Quality Control Process

Raw Material Inspection
Raw Material Inspection

Before we start the production, we inspect all the raw materials including steel plates, wheels, cables, and all parts used for manufacturing cranes.

Component Inspection
Component Inspection

All the components including electrics, bearings, gear boxes, motors, and more components used to assemble cranes are inspected.

Fabrication Inspection
Fabrication Inspection

All the components are assembled during the fabrication process to create the final crane products. We conduct multiple inspections including Ultrasonic Inspection, Total Station Measurement, and Visual Inspection.

Testing
Testing

Once the cranes are assembled, they undergo performance and load testing to make sure they will work safely.

Final Inspection
Final Inspection

All cranes are undergo final inspection after rigorous testing to make sure they passed capacity, motion speed, and deflection specifications. We make sure that all cranes are zero defect before our team pack them for delivery.
